The HIV/AIDS pandemic has become one of the most blatant contradictions of the African continent, which is already ravaged by dysfunctions of every kind, thereby making it one of the most deprived regions in the world. This Program aims to bring its modest contribution to the fight Africa and the international community are engaged in to fight efficiently against HIV and AIDS and to reverse the negative trends associated with the pandemic.

Objectives

-  Set up a mechanism for sharing information on the projects, programs and strategies involving HIV/AIDS in the Africa zone.
-  Inform African and international opinion about the evolution/ development of national and international policies on HIV/AIDS and the extent of their transparency.
-  Conduct critical evaluations of current or past HIV/AIDS programs and projects and draw lessons from them in order to avoid assessment errors that can be harmful to the communities concerned, and identify examples of successes and failures that can enlighten African and international opinion.
-  Assist African civil organizations in their efforts for lobbying and providing information about HIV/AIDS policies.
